Colina is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (PMHNP-BC). Colina specializes in providing holistic care, including traditional prescriptions, herbal supplements, and lifestyle changes, for young people and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and addiction. She has 11 years of psychiatric nursing experience prior to obtaining her PMHNP. She is currently taking part in a year-long integrative psychiatry fellowship at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. This fellowship will provide added holistic and alternative treatment options when treating mental health conditions. In spring 2023 she will complete her training in psychedelic assisted Somatic Therapy and  Yoga teacher training. Her focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.
