About The Event
Interested in learning more about what ketamine-assisted therapy is, who it is indicated for, and how it works? Join us for an open house where you can meet-and-greet with local ketamine-assisted psychotherapists & a psychiatrist. Therapists, counselors, helping professionals, and community members are welcome to attend. Join us for this open house at our offices at 204 Walnut Street (next to the Welsh Rabbit Bistro).Â
NOTE: We are limiting this in-person gathering to fewer than 10 people, however you can also join virtually on our Zoom link. RSVP to the open house and we will email you the Zoom link on the day of the event.Â
Many professionals in our community have come across what's being called "the psychedelic renaissance," involving the use of plant medicines (like psilocybin mushrooms) and other psychedelics (like MDMA) for healing through depression, PTSD, end of life distress, addictions, and more. While clinical trials for FDA approval are ongoing for some of these medicines, ketamine is currently the only legally available option for providing services under this emerging model of healing. Â
As community therapists and providers, we aim to make this work accessible and affordable to those who might benefit from it. If you're curious to learn more, or have clients who you think might benefit from ketamine-assisted therapy, please join us for this open house. We look forward to meeting you!Â
